Carl Chinn began speaking to faith-based groups about intentional security in 1997 and tracking Deadly Force Incidents (DFI's) in 1999. Now President of the association of nationwide faith-based protectors (the Faith Based Security Network) he will give a report on where we are today and provide insights into the challenges ahead, for those engaged in this great endeavor of defending the faithful.
