Imagine for a moment you are an armed member of your security team for your church. But today you are sitting in the sanctuary with your wife and grandchildren (one of which is on your lap). A wonderful Sunday morning.
But then it seems to change in an instant. You hear what may be gunshots, and you certainly hear people screaming and see them running in panic. You can tell the source is behind you, possibly outside. As you hand your wife the grandchild, and move towards the chaotic area, you pass people yelling something about a man with a gun. The source seems to be outside a nearby entrance, but as you go towards that entrance the only unusual thing you see is a man sitting on the ground outside, facing away from you.
What would you do?
That exact scenario happened last summer. For the next Saturday Sheepdog (3/28/26) I will interview Jay Trombley and Ron Amann (the two security operators who stopped the Wayne, MI gunman before he could kill anyone at the Crosspointe Church on June 22nd of 2025). You won’t want to miss that live interview. If you’ve had any questions you’ve wanted to ask either of those two men, there will be a live Q & A follow-up.
This Sheepdog Event is open to non-members. If you've ever thought of inviting a non-member friend to a Saturday Sheepdog event, this could be the one. Share the kink and time with them.
