Just last week I wrote of the dangerous decadent worldview of those pushing “non-binary” and other amoral narratives. That non-binary worldview oozes from the LGBTQIA2S+ community (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer/Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, and Two-Spirit; followed by a + sign to cover any other immoral lifestyle one might think up to claim as their “identity.”)
I’m too fat. That is a sin I am ashamed of and determined to defeat. I don’t justify it as OK. I never encouraged our children to follow it. Fortunately, all followed their mother in that regard and are in great shape. It’s not my identity. I didn’t go out and start an acronym movement like FOUeGSi+ (Fat, Overweight, Undisciplined eating, Gluttony, Self-indulgence; then add a + to cover any other sin I might try) to justify my own moral disobedience and get others to confirm my actions as OK. I will address this with a plan using dedication, prayer and action – the same as any sin.
This last week we had another example of one from a decadent worldview, attack and kill children (at the Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis). This killer’s own mother had petitioned the courts when he (Robert) was 17, to change his name to Robin because he identified as a girl.
What kind of lunacy is this? That we’re even having this discussion is a sad reflection of our culture.
We have politicians pushing for this nonsense. The mayor of Minneapolis (who showed up at a news conference like an emotionally defeated basket case) actually blamed the community for being unkind to the LGBT community.
Think About it
Just last week we lost one of the greatest teachers for family values we’ve ever had in this country (Dr. James Dobson). He taught the value of disciplining our children and not rewarding disobedience. But since his views were based on scriptural values, the attacks from the immoral movement never stopped in all his years.
The most dangerous weapon is not an A/R, pistol, knife, vehicle or fire.
The most dangerous weapon is an undisciplined society made up of undisciplined individuals.
Eschew evil, and do good. The result: Good days and a good life.[i] The opposite: Treachery as seen Wednesday.
In the meantime, stay ready, willing and able because there are more where he came from.
