Using hands on reality-based scenarios to encourage teams toward a "culture" of training as opposed to being drug kicking and screaming into a "training program." The difference is that if you can create a culture of training, team members are pushing leadership to train them instead of leadership needing to fight to make training happen at all, much less routinely, This class will start on the mats with gun defense and move to RBTs.
