Why would you train a team to look for hurting people if they are not equipped to minister to those people? Most churches will go their entire life without a single security related incident. However, hurting people walk through our church doors every weekend. It is possible to maintain a high level of security without inhibiting opportunities to minister to those in need. It starts with team selection and extends through focused training... are we doing it?
