About the speaker
Gill Richard serves in an administrative leadership role on the Safety Team at Flatirons Church, where he is responsible for managing team processes, conducting new team member interviews, and overseeing onboarding, training documentation, and ongoing qualifications for a large, mature security ministry. In addition to his work at Flatirons, Gill is the owner of SecurX, through which he has worked with dozens of churches across the country on managing church security teams.
