Strong church security is built long before a crisis ever happens. This 4-hour breakout focuses on sound safety ministry operations that protect both people and the church itself.

Participants will learn why policies, training standards, qualifications, and documentation matter—and how consistent, well-managed practices reduce risk, confusion, and exposure during critical incidents. Drawing from real conversations with church insurance professionals and hands-on experience overseeing safety ministries across multiple churches, this session frames the “why” behind the work without turning it into a legal seminar.

This course is designed for leaders responsible for selection, onboarding, training oversight, and administrative accountability within church security teams. The goal is not legal compliance for its own sake, but creating a disciplined, well-documented ministry that keeps the flock safe and honors the mission of the church.
