About the speaker
Kris P. Moloney serves houses of worship by equipping Safety Directors with practical, ready-to-use training resources that strengthen their safety teams. His mission is to provide ministry security leaders with reputable, realistic training materials that eliminate the need to spend countless hours developing courses from scratch, allowing them to focus on protecting their congregations.
Kris is a former law enforcement officer with 18 years of policing experience and a retired U.S. Army Captain and Company Commander. His professional expertise includes certifications in Crime Prevention, Security Assessments, and the Crime Free Program. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Drawing on decades of leadership, public safety, and ministry experience, Kris is dedicated to helping churches build well-trained, prepared, and confident safety teams.
