Chief of Police at Houston PD
“Chief Berto” has been in LE for 25 years. He has served as training instructor at city, county and state agencies since 2002. Most of his career as a criminal investigator for the Attorney General of MS and now Chief of Police at the Houston Police Department
He served as a LE active shooter instructor for the state of MS from 2007 to 2012 helping institute the first state wide active shooter program teaching ALERRT for the state of Mississippi. In 2011 he started T3 LLC a security consulting company and has served as the head instructor until present teaching a variety of advanced classes including small arms, church security, and home defense to only Christian citizens.
